Recently, consumers have begun bringing suits against the manufacturers of Xarelto for failure to warn consumers of adverse side effects. These Xarelto side effects include uncontrolled internal bleeding, pulmonary embolism, deep vein thrombosis, ischemic strokes, embolism and strokes, and in most severe cases death.
Xarelto Lawsuit Information
The manufacturers being sued in the Xarelto class action lawsuits are Bayer and Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen Pharmaceuticals. The suits cite the manufacturers’ neglect to warn consumers of all side effects and not properly informing doctors of a solution to reverse uncontrolled and internal bleeding.
